The complete toilet paper roll and kitchen towel production line mainly includes jumbo roll tissue paper rewinding machine, full automatic band saw cutter and packing machine.
The jumbo roll tissue paper rewinding machine is used to rewind big tissue roll into log rolls in small diameter. It is automatically embossing, perforating and rewinding tissue paper. The embossing pattern is customizable.
The full automatic band saw cutter can be connected with the rewinding machine and cutting the log rolls into small length rolls. Both the rewinding machine and the cutting machine are equipped with PLC control system and touch screen HMI operation panel,which are very easy to operate.
You can choose single roll packing machine or multiple rolls packing machine according to your needs. Both automatic packing machine and manual packing machine are available.
