This client ordered a complete set 2200 model toilet paper machine, which included a jumbo roll tissue paper rewinding machine, band saw cutter, packing machine and air compressor system. The tissue paper rewinding machine had three jumbo roll stands, pneumatic jumbo roll loading system, perforating system, automatic core dropping system, automatic paper tail cutting and gluing system and an embossing unit. The embossing pattern was designed according to client’s requirement.
This toilet paper machine included all the necessary parts for toilet paper roll production. Our client just needed to prepare raw material like jumbo roll tissue paper and paper core.
