The complete toilet tissue paper roll production line mainly includes three parts: jumbo roll toilet tissue paper rewinding machine, cutting machine and packing machine.
(1) Toilet Tissue Paper Rewinding Machine
This toilet tissue paper rewinding machine can rewind jumbo tissue paper roll into various small diameters without changing its width. This rewinding machine has perforating unit, embossing unit and 1-3 jumbo roll unwinding stands, electricity control, glue tank and air compressor.
(2) Toilet Paper Roll Cutting Machine
The cutting machine can cut tissue roll(which is rewinded into desired diameter) into smaller length.
(3) Toilet Paper Packing Machine
The packing machine is used to pack toilet paper rolls into plastic bags.
